FedTec Ventures Awarded DCSA Test & Evaluation Services Contract to Support NBIS Mission

Prudent Technology is proud to announce that FedTec Ventures LLC, its joint venture with FedTec, has been awarded a Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Test & Evaluation (T&E) Services contract. The 5.5-year award carries a ceiling value of $26,466,657.98.

Under this contract, FedTec Ventures will provide independent Test & Evaluation support across the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) portfolio, ensuring software quality, security, performance, and mission readiness throughout the development lifecycle.

The team will embed T&E professionals within Agile/DevSecOps product teams, aligning testing with Agile ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration, faster feedback loops, and more resilient system delivery. This approach strengthens collaboration while maintaining independence in testing and evaluation.

FedTec Ventures will also deliver comprehensive testing across the full NBIS T&E continuum, including developmental testing, enterprise integration testing, performance and security testing, user acceptance testing, and support for operational test and evaluation (OT&E) events managed by the Operational Test Agency (OTA).

“This award reflects our commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality, and cost-effective technology solutions in support of national security missions,” said [Insert Executive Name, Title]. “We are honored to partner with FedTec and support DCSA in advancing the NBIS program.”

FedTec Ventures LLC combines the complementary strengths of Prudent Technology and FedTec, delivering scalable IT solutions through the GSA MAS contract vehicle. Together, the joint venture is focused on driving mission impact through technical excellence, agility, and a customer-first approach.

Prudent Technology looks forward to supporting DCSA and contributing to the continued success of the NBIS mission.
